TOCC was founded to provide children the life-saving and life-enhancing treatments they need. Since we began until now we have learned that it isn't just the lives of children that are blessed.  All who are involved find it a rewarding and memorable experience.  Riders and volunteers of the BearPa Challenge get to see their passion for doing what they love put to work.  The excitement for the sport is turned into hope, smiles, and a brighter future for many young people.

Our dream is to combine our love for cycling with a desire to change the lives of children. That dream has quickly spread through a corp of close friends and family filling the roles of volunteers and athletes. That group now includes a larger circle of dedicated riders, volunteers, and sponsors.
